Pheobe is an OUTGOING girl at about 2 years old! She has a lot of spunky personality, and she just ADORES people! She's potty trained and definitely knows how to sing the song of her people! Pheobe is utd on shots, HEARTWORM POSITIVE, and spayed!
Pheobe's Story:
Pheobe was found as a stray in a rural town in Texas where she was picked up and brough to the local kill shelter. After only a few days there, she was slated to be euthanized so we stepped in to save her. As her foster went to pick her up, regardless of the fact the shelter knew someone was coming in to save her, she was standing in the euthanasia line with a shelter employee so thankfully, she got saved in the nick of time! Then, as she was being drive home, we discovered she had chemical burns on her feet as the shelter staff did not take her out of her kennel while cleaning it and as a result, had received chemical burns from the cleaning material used to clean her kennel. Regardless of the terrible events Pheobe has been through, she remains high spirited and ready to play!
