Meet Encore! This boy had no idea what happened when he went from a joyous car ride with his human, to being tied to a pole and left like trash in a garbage can. Encore was so stunned that his owner was literally walking back to the car, that he immediately broke away to run after him. But his human just drove away, leaving Encore behind. A guy walking, witnessed the whole thing. He stood there stunned, only remembering that it was a man driving a black SUV. He couldn't believe that someone could do such a thing. Get the license plate or get the dog? He made the right choice by grabbing the leash, and he held onto Encore for days until he found us. He's been completely vetted and is heart worm negative!
