At just 4 months old, this 9-pound Lab mix is the result of an irresponsible person not spaying their dog and then dumping the puppies at the shelter. Lilly 2 is as SWEET as can be but is scared in the shelter as she doesn't know what's going on. Due to the limited space, she and her siblings are at risk of being euthanized.
