We can provide anything needed to assist in your experience such as a crate, leash, bowl, food, etc.! Be a part of the solution by fostering for us! ~ Hannah & Dakota ~

I got in contact with Hoardin’ Huskies after speaking with a few people who recommend this rescue. One of their volunteers connected me and I was able to get this lovely husky I was fostering on their website in order to have a bigger reach on finding the perfect home. I am a dog trainer, and a special client of mine had to surrender her pup. I don’t normally foster so I had no clue how to find the right home, and it was overwhelming as I didn’t have a very large reach locally for rehoming dogs. Hoardin’ Huskies was able to adopt out my special husky pup immediately! Not only that, but they were able to set up transportation to his new owner who was 1200 miles away! I was blown away with how wonderful Tammy was and how she took time to help, respond, and coordinate the travel as well. I should mention I’m in Kansas City where my local shelters and rescues were of no help, but Hoardin’ Huskies in Florida was more helpful despite the distance!

My foster experience with Hoardin' Huskies was amazing. I was able to help a mother dog and her puppy who had been run over by a vehicle at 3 weeks old. Aspen (the mother) made herself at home and let me know she would be staying from the start. I adopted her on Valentine’s Day.

It was such a pleasure being able to help with weaning the puppy, teaching her to use potty pads and helping her heal.

I look forward to continued fostering as they have plenty of dogs who just need to decompress and need a safe place to land in order to find their forever home.

My foster experience with Hoardin' Huskies was definitely a positive one. Ollie was found as a stray after being adopted out of a shelter, his family no longer wanted him. We brought Ollie home to foster and he became part of the family. When he got sick, the team at Hoardin' Huskies responded so quickly and were so comforting and helpful through it all. They were always there when Ollie and I needed them, they never gave up on him. Ollie is now on his way to his forever home and we couldn't be happier for hum. Ollie wouldn't be alive today or on his way to his new home if it wasn't for Hoardin' Huskies, and for that I am so grateful.

Bowie was our first foster and he couldn't have been more perfect! This is me with his adopted daddy 2 weeks after we received him as a foster. I was told Bowie had been in the shelter way too long. With us, he finally got the chance to be the pet he was meant to be!

I decided fostering was best for my family and I only because we had lost my lab/mastiff mix on June 20th, he was 13 and my best friend in the whole world. After a couple of months, I completed my application with Hoardin' Huskies and heard almost immediately back. As a busy Momma to 3 kiddos with special needs and almost all with communication barriers, I was hopeful adding anyone would bring language and comfort back into our world, but also teach responsibility, respect, and boundaries. After speaking and texting with both Francine and Tammy regularly to discuss our lifestyle and wants, needs, and expectations, we were matched with our first group of foster babies, among that group was a 4:50AM transport arrival time and a couple sleepless nights but the sweetest and most amazing and beautiful babies I've ever seen. I have not had a bad dog yet, I've fostered every week since and taken on as many as I can handle. Our family has added family with Tammy and Francine, I have gained more than just filling a void and each baby has helped heal a heart they never broke. Rescue is a team effort and I'm forever grateful for such an amazing team to live life with and rescue babies with. Our journey together is just getting started and I'm so blessed and forever grateful.
